Terms for using Dream ERP
These terms explain the rules for accessing Dream ERP, managing business records, using subscriptions, and protecting customer, investor, payment, and document data inside the platform.
Last updated: May 23, 2026
Dream ERP is intended for lawful business use by owners, teams, and authorized workspace users.
You are responsible for the accuracy, permission, and lawful use of records entered into your dashboard.
Use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy, including how data is collected, protected, shared, and retained.
Key terms
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or using Dream ERP, you agree to follow these terms.
If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
You must stop using the platform if you do not agree with these terms or any future updates posted on this page.
Additional product, subscription, or payment terms may apply when specific services are enabled.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and ensuring only authorized users work inside your business workspace.
Provide accurate account, business, contact, subscription, and verification information.
Keep passwords, OTPs, sessions, and dashboard credentials confidential.
Business owners and admins are responsible for role permissions, branch access, staff accounts, and activity performed under their workspace.
Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access, credential misuse, or incorrect account activity.
Business records and lawful use
Dream ERP helps store and manage operational records, but your business remains responsible for the data it enters.
Enter customer, EMI, investor, supplier, inventory, sale, quotation, bill, finance, receipt, and document information only when you have a valid business reason.
You are responsible for having permission or another lawful basis to use personal information belonging to customers, investors, guarantors, references, employees, suppliers, or branch users.
Do not upload illegal, misleading, harmful, infringing, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Keep financial, tax, accounting, and compliance records accurate according to your local business requirements.
Subscriptions and payments
Access to Dream ERP may depend on the subscription plan, billing period, trial period, and payment status shown on the website or dashboard.
Weekly, monthly, yearly, trial, upgrade, renewal, and expiry details may be displayed during registration, account management, or subscription upgrade flows.
You are responsible for reviewing plan pricing, trial timing, payment instructions, and subscription status before purchase or renewal.
Payment records, receipts, screenshots, and upgrade requests may be used to verify subscription access.
Dream ERP may suspend or limit access if subscription payments are expired, rejected, disputed, or unverifiable.
Platform availability and changes
We work to keep the platform reliable, but features may change as Dream ERP improves or operational needs evolve.
Modules, dashboards, reports, PDF templates, integrations, calculations, and workflows may be updated, improved, replaced, or removed.
Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, security work, hosting issues, or events outside reasonable control.
You should keep independent backups or exports of records that are critical for your business, accounting, or legal obligations.
Privacy and security
Use of personal and business data is also covered by the Dream ERP Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, why it is used, how it is protected, and when it may be shared.
You must use strong passwords, limit user access, and avoid entering information that your business does not need.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
Review the Privacy Policy whenever you need details about data rights, retention, sharing, or support requests.
Prohibited activity
You must not misuse Dream ERP or interfere with the platform, other users, or service infrastructure.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, credential harvesting, malware distribution, scraping, spam, fraud, or security testing without written permission.
Do not use the platform to violate laws, misrepresent financial activity, harass others, or process data you are not permitted to use.
We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate access when misuse, security risk, fraud, or legal violation is suspected.
Liability and updates
Dream ERP is provided as a business management tool and does not replace professional legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice.
You are responsible for business decisions, customer approvals, investor arrangements, pricing, installment terms, tax filings, and compliance obligations.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dream ERP is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made using platform records.
We may update these terms as the product, law, security practices, or business operations change.
Continued use after updates means the updated terms apply to your use of Dream ERP.
